My dog has special dietary needs. Are you able to cater to special orders?

Contact us! We want every dog to get the best possible solutions to their dietary limitations, and are always ready, willing, and able to cater to your dog's needs. 

How long will it take for me to receive what I ordered?

We bake our treats only after orders are placed and confirmed, therefore our current turnaround time is four days from the date the order is placed. Preorders are accepted as well; just select the date you need the treats into our delivery system and we'll get it to you! Contact us directly if you really need to put in an order for within the next four days, we will review the order on a case-by-case basis.

What are the available modes of delivery?

We have three available methods of delivery:

Doorstep Delivery - We will deliver right to your doorstep on the chosen date and within the chosen timeframe. Delivery charges are $8 per delivery, or free, for orders above $150.

MRT Meetup - We have three available meetup locations:

Yishun MRT

Khatib MRT

Toa Payoh MRT

No additional charges will be incurred for this method of delivery.

SingPost Smartpac - Only the flavours below can be sent through SingPost Smartpac:

Cheddar & Apple

Cranberry & Cheese Barkscotti

Tuna & Rosemary

Beef & Carrot Barkscotti

Postage charges will be $4.70, and will be expected to reach you within 3 working days.

What are the available methods of payment?

We have four available methods of payment:

PayPal

Credit/Debit Card

Bank Transfer - Just transfer the payment to our bank account and email us with the necessary details so that we know payment has been made:

Bank account number (DBS): 005-7-099967,

or

Bank account number (UOB): 314-104-244-9,

and email us at woof@barkinggood.sg with the order number, date, time and iBanking initials after payment has been made.
