Change & Cancellation Policy

No problem, we understand that plans change, and orders need to be altered or cancelled.

For Cancellation:

We have a lead time of 2 days, and orders can be cancelled if we are notified more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup or delivery time slot. We do not issue cash refunds; instead, we will provide the equivalent amount in store credits, to be used within 6 months of issue.

In the event of last minute cancellations that are made known to us with less than 48 hours notice, there will be no refund and no store credit. We seek your understanding that we have already set aside ingredients and resources for your order and hence would not be able to provide any refunds.

Please contact us immediately should you like to cancel your order at woof@barkinggood.sg, and include [CANCEL, ORDER #1234] as the subject title.

For Changes:

For both changes made to bring your order ahead or postpone your order, if we are notified more than 48 hours in advance of your original scheduled pickup or delivery time slot, there will be no charges at all.

In the event of last minute changes that are made known to us with less than 48 hours notice, there will be a $5 penalty for store pickups and $16 penalty for delivery, above the original order amount.
