  1. Sign up - To sign up for the BARKING GOOD Loyalty Programme and receive benefits, you will first need to register online. The registration process may require that you provide certain personal information including: name, email address, phone number, password and other optional information.
  2. Membership Fee - There is no membership fee associated with BARKING GOOD Loyalty Programme. Application to the Loyalty Programme is a one-time action that entitles you to become a member. The membership is valid for a lifetime and requires no renewal.
  3. Earn Credits – BARKING GOOD Rewards benefits are determined based on the amount you spend (refer to details posted above).
    • Delivery fees are not included in the accumulation of credits.
    • Store credits are automatically loaded to your online account after purchase. You can view and track your available credits in your online account.
  1. Redeem credits – Simply apply the discount code found in your online account upon your next checkout.
    • Store credits are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
  1. Additional benefits – Personalized offers, promotions and event invitations may be distributed by email or text to members. Please opt-in to receive such promotional and offers.
  2. Particulars Update - Members are responsible in updating personal particulars through customer portal.
  3. Termination
    • BARKING GOOD reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in the BARKING GOOD Loyalty Programme if BARKING GOOD determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
    • BARKING GOOD reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, alter and amend any Terms and Conditions of the BARKING GOOD Loyalty Programme at any time and in its sole discretion by posting the revisions on this website without giving specific notice to you.
